The Bus Blogs: Part 3 - The Sad Chocolate Girl

Surprise, surprise, I was on the bus this morning and a relatively normal looking girl was chatting on her mobile to a friend.

Nothing could have prepared me for the horror that was about to escape her lips.

She said to her pal, "Oh NO....yuck! I cannot stand the taste of chocolate! EWWWWW! It tastes like DIRT!"

And with that, she got off the bus.

Um....WHAT?

I am still worried about the fact that there is actually a poor soul out there who actually thinks that chocolate tastes LIKE DIRT! :-o

I can understand not having a big sweet tooth, sure. Even though I LOVE chocolate, I'm definitely (usually) more a savoury person rather than a sweets person.

But THAT girl? She needs a tastebuds transplant! Chocolate does NOT taste like dirt.

Or maybe she made too many mud pies as kid and she actually ate them and now she hates chocolate because it reminds her of the mud/dirt?

I am alert. And alarmed! :-S
