Stretched + Relaxed

Just had my first Pilates + Yoga class - verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry good. I haven't taken a pilates class in a year and a half and I've never taken a yoga class before, so I've been really looking forward to this. I feel very relaxed right now. I feel heavy + really light at the same time, but the heaviness isn't really heavy, maybe more grounded or something. My lower body feels like it's glued to the ground, but my upper body feels all light and floaty. Lord, I'm becoming Phoebe from Friends.

If only I'd taken this class immediately following my last entry ;-)

Thanks to Lukie for a very fun weekend down in Wollongong, you ROCK! Y'all should get your butts down to the 'Gong this Friday or Sat night to the Wollongong Workshop Theatre to see "The Boys" - tix are $20/15 concession. You can watch my friend Luke turn into a psycho on stage - very shocking since he's such a nice fella in real life! :-D
