Into the Oven

Mother of God it was hot today! Not that I've ever actually walked into an oven, but this is always how I imagined it to be. It got to be around 40 degrees C today, which is about 104 degrees F. You know when you open up an actual oven, and those hot waves roll into your face and blow your hair back, well walking around in that in the city is quite special. It wasn't as insanely burning as Christmas in Perth, but it was still pretty damn hot anyway!

Tomorrow is supposed to be high of 29 C or about 84 F - am SO looking forward to that.

This past weekend was all about Homebake and I met three interesting characters whom I will write about later because I just don't have the energy right now. In the meantime I will just say that Sarah Blasko was awesome. Love her!
