Kristikeet Has Flown the Coop

Welp, my wee daughter has left Sydney. :-( We took a cab to the airport, trying to be in denial that Kristen was actually going anywhere, going, "La la la la la la la" all the way. It was sad. We got caramel sundaes at McDonalds just before we said goodbye and of course we were both teary, though I started it this time. After Kristikeet went through the scary Customs door, we started the text messaging for the next hour. Yes, we're pathetic. We will all miss you, Kristen! Mwah!:-)
